New Hotel Added to ACS Official Properties
Due to increased demand, the ACS Meetings Department is now utilizing 24 properties for technical sessions, events and/or sleeping rooms for the 245th ACS National Meeting, April 7 -11 in New Orleans, LA. We have added Courtyard New Orleans/Iberville to our current list.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have gone onto the website to get a room for the national meeting, you may have noticed that many hotels have sold out. However, there are still rooms available at the Hilton Riverside, the Loews, the New Orleans Marriott, the Sheraton, the Westin, the W Hotel French Quarter and the W New Orleans.
TIP FOR RESERVING YOUR ROOM: In the accommodations portal, if the hotel you want does not’t come up when you do your search, go back and uncheck the box “Show available rooms only.” Then you can look at the hotels individually. It may be that just one night or two are not available. They will be labeled “wait list.” In that case, you can reserve the room and it will wait list you for those nights. We will go back and ask the hotel if they can add those nights to our block and then notify you that your room night(s) are confirmed. If the hotel is sold out, it will indicate that with “not available” by that night.
Register and reserve your hotel for the 245th ACS National Meeting in New Orleans, LA, April 7-11, 2013.
Updated information will be posted to the meeting website as it becomes available.
